Julie Liddle
Julie Liddle is the founder of Liddle & Co. She is a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Arbitrator, bringing over 25 years’ experience advising farmers, landowners and rural businesses.
A farmer’s daughter raised in County Durham, Julie combines a practical understanding of farming businesses with strong technical expertise in rural and commercial landlord tenant matters, planning and development, valuations and dispute resolution.
Julie is a Fellow of the RICS, and a registered valuer. She is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and was elected President of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2025, becoming the first woman to hold the position. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, sits on two national appointment panels and receives frequent private appointments as an Arbitrator in regard to complex rural property matters.
